This review is mainly about the office management and front desk experience, not the doctor personally. However, it unfortunately affects the doctor’s review as well. I checked in at 11:30 AM for an 11:40 AM appointment. Jus a little background, I received several text messages starting three days before the visit asking me to confirm the appointment, along with reminders to arrive on time and warnings that the appointment could be canceled if I checked in more than 10 minutes late. Dr. Mossavi told me that basic blood work would be covered, but if I'll do more - i will have to pay. I choosed "basic" ang then saw a bill of 60$ later. And yes, nobody called me back about my lab results and what to do next cause i needed treatment. Will not come back.
I absolutely do not recommend this doctors office. They are unprofessional and lack the ability to effectively communicate. Save your time and see a more competent doctor.
I am not their patient, but my brother is and to follow up about his care. I have contacted the office a couple of times. they are very professional and courteous.
