Excellent customer service!!
This review is mainly about the office management and front desk experience, not the doctor personally. However, it unfortunately affects the doctor’s review as well. I checked in at 11:30 AM for an 11:40 AM appointment. Jus a little background, I received several text messages starting three days before the visit asking me to confirm the appointment, along with reminders to arrive on time and warnings that the appointment could be canceled if I checked in more than 10 minutes late.
