Office staff is efficient and appointments take place as scheduled. Dr Rashiti listens to concerns and questions and provides clear information. My experience has been excellent.

I cannot recommend this office. Even with active insurance, I was told I had to pay a significant amount upfront before the doctor would see me. It felt discouraging and honestly disheartening. Patients seek medical care because they need help, not unexpected financial barriers. Clear pricing and compassion go a long way in healthcare and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope they reconsider how they treat insured patients in the future.

“I was very disappointed with my experience. Despite having insurance, I was told I would still need to pay a very high out-of-pocket fee just to be seen. It felt more about payment than patient care. I understand medical practices have policies, but the lack of flexibility and transparency about costs upfront was frustrating. This office and all it's staff deserve no star at all. There is an individual by the name of Michelle without a single clue of how to handle people's medical records in a doctor's office has become the Manger of the same office. They are clearly not professional with the least amount of care towards others. A mismanaged office with dishonorable staff. Way to go Dr. Moosavi.
