We've had two horses picked up by Serenity and couldn't be happier with their level of customer service. There was a slightly miscommunication on what we wanted with the second one and one phone call is all is took to resolve it. Every person we've spoken to there has been pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

Eric is beyond amazing when it comes to taking care of deceased pets. I lost my precious baby boy (dog a little over a month ago.) He took great care of Dakota. I got his ashes back with in the week with a sweet card. Tonight I came home to one of my goats dead. We had him at my house (city) to help with the tall grassy areas we can’t mow. Serenity was a saving grace in the midst of the loss of my 12 year old dog Lucy. They were respectful, professional, and very kind. I have a beautiful cherry wood box engraved with a quote, along with a clay paw print from my little Lucy. I could not be more grateful for this service, and will absolutely recommend their services to anyone who experiences the loss of a beloved pet. Serenity pet cremation was incredibly professional, empathetic and courteous during our loss of my daughter’s first pony. The beautiful engraved wooden urn, clay hoof print and mane and tail hair saved really helped my daughter process this first great loss.

Serenity has taken care of two of my dogs recently. They were kind, professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the engraving on both bamboo urns. The urns are beautifully done and the paw prints are so precious! I highly recommend Serenity!
I’m very upset with the customer service. I talked to Gracie on Thursday and she didn’t offer up a time when my cat would be done. I had to ask she said umm usually 48 hours he will be returned to your vet. I figured someone would call me and tell me I could pick up my pet by Saturday. I know my vet closes early. So nothing by 11 I had to call my vet office and they keep apologizing that no one from serenity reached out and told me he had been there.
