this is one of the best mobile home parks around tulsa area , good looking ,good prices ,safety place for home owners and children i highly recommend this place
Peaceful and quiet. family friendly. New management has been helpful about maintenance issues and hired security. Very pleasant to work with.
Management doesn't fix things in a timely manner. has all sorts of excuses. I've been waiting on several things to be fixed since I moved in back in July. it took nearly 6 weeks to get my a/c serviced causing me to have a huge bill. I fell down stairs that were not repaired and still haven't been repaired. can't find out who the actual property owners are to discuss things with them. I was considering doing rent to own but now I am not.
