I LOVE this place!!!! They have so many amazing classes to relax your mind, body and spirit. The staff is very friendly and fun! I will definitely be back!!

I've done yoga and massage here and love this place. Massages are perfectly priced and I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of, you should call and book an appointment or class today. I see Amanda but wouldn't hesitate to book with any of the therapists.

My daughter does the teen yoga class on Thursday nights. She has already learned many poses and leaves in a better mood then she went in with. Ms Patty is an excellent teacher and all the kids seem to love her. Everyone should take a class and see what all the hype is about. Liberty is blessed to have such a wonderful studio right on the square.
