The teachers are caring and knowledgable. There are classes for everyone no matter what your experience level or what kind of intensity you want from your yoga practice. Plenty of restorative classes, Ashtanga and some that are more intense with Hot Yoga. The new studio space is absolutely goregous and adds so much to my practice. Best of all.. .no one is judgy! Just come and do what you can do! Love this place. :)

Great massage by Amanda Hanson today! In the past I've relied on sports massage to keep my running muscles in check, but haven't had one in a long time. While I'm a regular yoga client, this was my first massage with Serenity and I will be back. Amanda did an awesome job working on my problem areas.
