Amazing Power yoga class with Jen Jeffries today. Jen is so dedicated to yoga that she plans workshops in detail to concentrate on an area, for example, gets the blocks and straps ready. So much preparatory work. Today's class worked on quads and shoulders. It was hard work but what makes it fun is practicing with an amazing, encouraging & supportive group of yogis. Liberty is blessed to have Serenity on the Square.
