They have a class for everybody from restorative, to beginner to very advanced. They also have fun offerings in the community like Beer Yoga the last Saturday of the month at Rock & Run Brewery that is located just off the Square. Jess Huggins is a most excellent masseuse. I slept better last night because I saw her yesterday and told her what was going on with my body and my stress level. She listens and heals!
I was looking for a studio that offered a variety of different yoga styles and levels. I found it at Serenity. The instructors are wonderful, and the atmosphere is great.
Had Reiki and a massage today and it was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and the energy there was awesome.

I highly encourage everyone to try the Thai Yoga Therapy with Julianne Hutchcraft. She truly is gifted. I have been trying to find a Thai yoga practitioner for some time after moving to the KC area and I’m so glad I finally found Julianne.
