I had a 10 am appointment, arrived in plenty of Time. However, with no explanation from The staff, I waited about 50 Minutes. When finally I asked the front desk when was I going to be seen. At that time a PA opened the door to tell me the doctor had an emergency. I should have been told this much earlier. Once in the exam room and waiting to see the doctor, it was another 20 minutes before the doctor Walked in to see me. No explanation, no apology.
