This place was TROUBLE from the beginning. My friends bought four hour massages on Groupon a couple of months back, and it was difficult to get ahold of them to book appointments. When we went everything was expected to go smoothly and professionally, however, that was not the case. Hello. I just had to comment on cklesley's comment. This is not an actual client. Christie is a former therapist, my former therapist. I still go to Serenity, and while they are the most busy company in the state, for voucher sales... Christie was fired for stealing clients, hitting on clients, and a horrible attitude. I had to tell the manager that she was trying to get me to do massages in my home, instead of at the clinic. I am married, and although she is too, she was still hitting on me. My experience with Serenity mirrors that of previous comments. In fact, I created a profile here just so that I would be able to voice my opinion. Absolutely do not fall for any promotional gimics put forth by Serenity massage. I purchased two Groupons for this place on February 9th. Just about four months later, I have called over a dozen times (leaving messages each time) and have not once received anything in return. they dont return any phones calls rooms are too dark, and rooms are so small the therapist barley have any room. i gone in there many times and the owner is watching tv i do not recommend this place
My story is incredibly similar to the last one - Multiple calls, voicemails left - even sent an email. NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF THEM! I even mentioned I was going to call Groupon if I didn't get a response but that threat didn't work either. I bought Living Social coupons for my friend and me (a birthday present for her). We had a wonderful experience. My therapist was concerned and qualified. I have been having some muscle issues and she certainly helped to ease the pain. I would rercommend the serrvice to others.
I received two massages at Serenity Massage Body & Beauty in Norman, OK. These were the first two massages I've ever had. The owner made me feel welcome. The massages were wonderful. Just what I needed after a hard week at work. I left feeling soft and smelling good. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants a relaxing massage.
