I rented from Serenity Investments for over two years and I am confident that there is not a better place to rent from in the Lima area. I never had an issue with one of the properties that they could not or would not fix, they were prompt in their response to any and all problems, and were willing to work with my wife and I as we moved on to homeownership. If you are looking for an apartment in the Lima area, I could not recommend Serenity more.
