Nurses are incompetent & not caring. They dripped the ball on my husband’s brain donation. This is a warning. Do not use their services.
Couldn't have picked a better place for our mom. They were so kind through absolutely everything The staff was phenomenal!!
We could not have asked for a better end of life experience. The facility is clean, welcoming and comfortable. They have literally thought of everything to make the families feel at home. There are no time restrictions on visitors of any age including pets! The staff is remarkable- very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Every community should be so lucky to have a facility like Serenity.
Serenity came in replacemening another hospice company for us. We were in crisis when they came on board. They stepped up immediately and got everything under control. They came to our home for care. They are a wonderful, caring hospice that is truly there for you, your family, and loved one. Everyone there is extremely caring.
Beautiful facility! The staff were so helpful, welcoming, and caring. Our family is grateful for the opportunity to be hosted by this team. Everything from beginning to end was smooth and loving. Thank you so much for your open arms and doing what you do so wonderfully.
