I have experienced anxiety in the past in visiting the dentist. This office has made me feel comfortable from the beginning!
My visit was very pleasant. Mackenzie took the time to suggest ideas that may help with the sensitivity I've been experiencing after a couple deep cleanings. She did a great job at cleaning my teeth and examining my gum tissues.
I was in yesterday for a regular cleaning. My hygienist was so sweet & gentle. She noticed I had some recessing going on and gave me multiple suggestions of what to do to & dealing with it more comfortable.
I had my first appointment/experience with Serenity Dental yesterday. I have been with the same Dentist in Woodbury for over 30 years, but switched to Serenity Dental because they are "In Network" and had multiple good reviews. I'm so glad I made the change. Excellent service and care from beginning to end of my appointment.
I have been going to Serenity Dental for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about the service that they have given me through they years. Recently, I had a wonderful experience reconnecting with my dental hygienist, McKenzie. Her vivaciousness and positivity makes the dental experience much more pleasant! Dr. Ellie also made me feel comfortable with the checkup. I love going back to Serenity for my regular checkups and cleanings. Keep up the great work everyone!
