I'm not really sure what special qualifications gets you an appointment past your assessment. Had an assessment meeting over a month ago to get a therapist but nothing. They definitely do not care for your mental health.
So I’m pretty sure I made an appointment for 8am I even called a few days later to make sure I was right. I get here witch mind u that is a 50min drive for and the door says they open at 9. Ok maybe I was wrong I heard wrong. I wait the hour and no one shows up. 9:10 as I’m writing this. I call the number no one is answering. How do u run a business like this. But I guess on my not checking reviews. Don’t come here
Extremely disappointed with this counseling and support service. They refuse to answer their phones and direct you to leave a voicemail, but they never call back. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to schedule an appointment. Their office door says ‘by appointment only,’ yet they leave no way for you to actually make an appointment.
