I showed on time for my first appt today, and the stern receptionist informed me I had not met HER deadline for filling out "my additional "paperwork, so she had canceled my appointment early this morning. I explained I had filled out their website, but her link to fill out additional paperwork had never arrived; I had even double-checked only an hour prior. This place is great all the way around. Have been working with this establishment for over a year now. The front desk is always polite, friendly and actually provides answers unlike many other places. The nurses are fast when completing tasks and the providers care. All departments have great communication. So happy we decided to leave our other doctors office to change ovet to here. I couldn't be happier with the service we receive.
Amazing clinic! Haley at the front greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Stephanie is amazing! I don't see any issues or why others would say otherwise. Way better place than BHSI in Shakopee. Highly recommended!!
