Enjoy Workers Hammering Past 11 p.m. Here's a benefit to living at Larkspur Shores: You too can enjoy an evening and late night listening to hammers going non-stop in the apartment next door to yours. The carpet van with workers were there at about 4:30 p.m. when I came home from work. Carpet laid out on the sidewalk (dangerous for trick-or-treaters in the dark). Larkspur Shores - New Slum Style Living in Marin October 11, 2007 We've lived here at Larkspur Shores Apartments for almost three years. We are under new management and ownership. Current rents have jumped over $250.00/month for a one bedroom; and although new tenants can get one free month's worth of rent (average about $1750), no such deal is offered to existing, quiet and stable tenants.
