Enjoy Workers Hammering Past 11 p.m. Here's a benefit to living at Larkspur Shores: You too can enjoy an evening and late night listening to hammers going non-stop in the apartment next door to yours. The carpet van with workers were there at about 4:30 p.m. when I came home from work. Carpet laid out on the sidewalk (dangerous for trick-or-treaters in the dark). Current rents have jumped over $250.00/month for a one bedroom; and although new tenants can get one free month's worth of rent (average about $1750), no such deal is offered to existing, quiet and stable tenants.
