Excellent, nice and professional customer service. I didn't have to wait to receive my treatment and the office reminds me of my appointment. After my treatment, they give me instructions to follow with my dental care.
Serene Dental Care is extremely clean, organized and presentable. The customer service at this location is phenomenal and they are very helpful. The entire staff was friendly and approachable. The office manager, Carmen R., was awesome and she assisted me with scheduling my appointments and was knowledgeable about the work I needed done. She thoroughly explained the itemized cost of treatment and reassured me that the cost did not have to be paid all up front.
Dr Kim is awesome! I loved his professionalism & explaining everything thoroughly!! I love the crew and their professionalism. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Carmen at the front desk and Beverly ate incredibly nice and professional. Great sense of humor. I highly recommend this dentist for everyone. Moses.
Dr darkin very nice with my daughter olso Carmen help me a lot to found my daughter authorization she stay like two hours on the phone to get that all the team here is the best thank you so much
