The awesome customer service started on my first call, Joe came in on a day he wasn't scheduled to work and he didn't even know me yet! My haircut also turned out PERFECT! I chopped off several inches, which made me nervous, but it looks so good, I'm going back in a month to get an even shorter 'do! The salon is also very charming, clean and welcoming. Go see Joe! :)
