I had shopped a bridal boutique in Fort Worth (where home is), and one other in the Austin area prior to walking in to Serendipity. I have only been engaged for a month and my best friend saw that Serendipity Bridal was having a sample sale and made my appointment! Let me just say, Nichole was so amazing - she helped me find exactly what I wanted and listened to me. I never once felt pressured into buying a dress. I walked away with the first dress I tried on. I have only been engaged for a week and was scrolling Instagram one night. I saw Serendipity Bridal was having a sample sale and made my appointment the next day!! Tiara was so great - she helped me refine my search for THE DRESS. While I didn't walk away with a dress, her input and encouragements made me even more excited to continue the search! I went to numerous bridal shops both in Austin, TX and Phoenix, AZ to find the perfect dress and while many dresses were "pretty," I hadn't found "the one" until I visited Serendipity Bridal. Every single dress was so unique and beautifully made down to the last detail. Sara and the owner made the process so enjoyable and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
