Worse place ever, ROACHES everywhere!! Management was garbage, you complain they give you broken promises. Please do not move here, you will seriously regret it...
I applied at these apartments and immediately regretted it. I come in to pick up my deposit and they can’t give it to me because the manager does not work on weekends and the money orders are locked up. Now I have to find time out my schedule to find a time to come and pick up my deposit. This is a huge inconvenience. I would hate for someone to live at these apartments, crappy service the entire time! I don’t know why I waisted my time!
Worst place I've ever lived. They are in the ghetto even though it's across from Top Golf. The staff is useless and will lie. The property management company, Myan, is equally useless. They get new managers every year so they have no culpability for the previous actions, but it's ALWAYS their fault. I can't believe that companies like this still exist. Do NOT live here. Even moving away is a disaster.

My lease ends in April and I cant wait to move out. Nosy neighbors, roaches in the buildings, and weed smokers. I deserve better than this trainwreck. They gave me a notice to vacate for being one day late on a UTILITY bill, not rent but a utility bill. This is after 8 months into my lease of on time payments. The unit I was in had no porch, cracked in floors, a dirty shower, faulty fridge, the list goes on and on. Only plus was the decent parking as Im able to find a space. Also the location makes sense too.
I went in August 29th gave my deposit and did a look and lease. Told me my apt would be ready Sept 13th. Came and it wasnt ready. Mind you i was moving from West Tx so i drove 3 hours to find out it wasnt ready. I was supposed to start my job the following day and had to change my start date. Then it was really difficult to get a hold of anyone to see when i could move in. After many phone calls i was told i could movw in October 3rd. Again i drive 3 hours with my car packed with my things only to be told i dont have an apt.... read more
