Very clean store with friendly, welcoming staff. Special shoutout to Rachel, she was super professional and made the piercing process a breeze. Highly reccomend!
I got a helix piercing and the whole process was so easy and amazing. The lady who pierced my ear was so lovely and provided me with all the information i needed and made me feel super at ease and comfortable through the entire experience.

Poor customer service for piercings. Fell out after 1 day as back fell off. Went back and was offered 50 percent off to pay for the re piercing of one ear like it was a discount.
She is fabulous. I love my piercing. It healed nicely. I went back for 2nd piercing .
