I had a very bad experience . The lady who pierced mine was very rude . And the lady pierced whereever she wanted not where i wanted . I clearly told her i want to pierce on flat , that lady pierced in wrong spot and telling me some stupid excuse regarding the jewellery . I will never recommend to anyone. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your store on Thursday, 21st August, 2025, at approximately 12:35 pm. The staff here are really good at piercing ears. The procedure took about 30 seconds. I would definitely come to this salon again if I need to get my ears pierced.
