I lived in these apartments for many years..some of my my st fond memories are of this place..I lived in #11 in front...upstairs...back when we c mplex was owned and ran Housing and development dept...the name has changed from villa Capri apts. I've often thought of renting again. Just hadn't checked into the cost now - as it has I'm sure changed from low income to average rent..to be frank I would live there again..it feels like home to me.. This place is horrible, poorly managed. That's where I'll start. The manager, she is something else, she's incredibly disrespectful. She's always scowling at people. She is never helpful. We brought multiple problems to her, and she brushes it off. She behaves like we are irritating her. We're moving this month. This place has a first come first serve pest control. My car was broken into as a result of the no parking My car have been side swiped twice There is NO parking You have to park outside and walk a quarter mile to your apartment RIDICULOUS!!!!!! contract says you get one open parking FIRST COME FIRST SERVE But u dont! Because there are all reserve now! Its a violation of my contract!!!!
