Great Service-Convenient-Good Hours – I loved the Radiesse fillers. I used it in my lips and cheeks. The dental block was not painful at all!! I have been back twice and plan to use Serena Medspa for all my cosmetic needs. The Dysport also seems to work better for me than Botox It has lasted longer and smooths around my eyes more evenly. After being introduced to the Radiesse products I doubt I ever need any surgical procedures. Disappointment – After finding out some recent information, I wouldn't give this place a dime of my money.

The ownership of Serenam MedSpa changed in January 2011 when I purchased the spa. Prior to purchasing the spa I do know there were some disgruntled ex employees that wrote some very negative online reviews. Since I purchased the spa employee turnover has not been a problem. All injectable product has been purchased from approved legitimate sources, mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions and administered by a Registered Nurse or Physician with over 10 years experience. Great Service at Serena Med Spa – From the moment I walked into Serena I felt welcome. The management and nurse were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to get Dysport instead of Botox this time. The results were immediate and paralyzed areas that Botox was not able to do. They always have great specials and I will continue to receive all of my esthetic treatments from Serena. They often have a buy and bank option when the product is on sale. KJW
The best facial in town! Great filler pricing too! – I was introduced to elevess at this highland park med spa. I first received the 75 min aroma therapy facial that was so soothing I almost drifted off :) They offer VelaShape as well. Its the next gen and the ONLY FDA approved cellulite and circumference reduction treatment ( look on their web site) . So if you have un shapely spots this is a solution right here in dallas. Give them a call, its affordable, and soo nice.
VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!! – My last trip to Serena was about a month ago for a vibraderm procedure. The aesthetician basically burned off skin from the bridge of my nose. When I returned back the following day to complain about the procedure the aesthetician said she over-exfoliated the skin and should heal in 3 days. It's been a month and it's still healing. Love them! – Serena Medspa is amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting atmosphere and the warm welcome I received from the spa manager, Amanda.
