I’ve been to a number of spa’s in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but none that compare to Serena Medspa in a variety of ways. Serena Medspa uses Medical grade equipment; consequently, the results are far better than any I have experienced to date. Not a good experience!!! – I decided to try Serena Medspa when I read such wonderful reviews on the internet. However I feel I was swindled and don't think these are credible reviews after the experience I had with the owner. I find it odd that all of the reviews mention the owner by name and appear to be written by the same person only days apart from one another. I would like to address this situation, but when no such incident took place, it is impossible! It is sad that someone would go to this extent just so that they can try and hurt a business because they were let go for various reasons! Several negative reviews posted by this person has the same signature posting ID, this is hardly a coincidence. I would like invite the reviewer to post their real name if he/she is a real client. Great Service and Results – I first went to Serena Medspa for laser hair removal about 2 years ago The staff were very courteous, professional and yet friendly. After several treatments, I was impressed with the results and decided to get Botox and Radiesse fillers as well. WOW! My husband thinks that I look 10 years younger. Great Quality Service & Great Customer Treat – I have been going to Serena Medspa since 2008, and could not ask for a better service.
