Last year in 2024 I traveled from Florida to California to have surgery for my kyphosis with Dr. Hu because she is an exceptional surgeon and person who cares deeply for her patients. I met her 40 years ago when she did my scoliosis surgeries at UCSF rendering me pain free for the next 30 years. I am a nurse practitioner and I humbly say that I have worked in many health care settings in my 45 year career.
