Avoid at all costs!!! My 17-year old sister called the office on a Sunday, kindly asking for an appointment. The receptionist said: “An appointment on a Sunday? Really? F*** you B****.” My sister was absolutely mortified, and I am in shock that the receptionist has not been fired. I expect a call to my sister with an apology and for the receptionist to be fired for verbally harassing a minor over the phone.
