I've been buying coffee from this place for 10 years I go in last week and ask for a medium grind on my Roman street the girl sits there and grinds the coffee for 9 minutes and I told her it was being overground and she just ignored me so I took the bag home and could not even make a cup of coffee because it was ground so fine. So I sent a message to them and they told me to bring back the unused product for a replacement like I got time to drive 45 minutes to start his company to get a replacement ...this is unexcusable.
