Dr. Rahi is very professional, with a great bedside manner. It was easy talking to him about my medical condition. He takes the time to listen to his patients and thoroughly explains the procedure recommended. His office staff was very helpful.
I recently came from New York and needed a ectomy immediately without a recommendation. I found Dr. Rahi. When calling‘s office I spoke to Jennifer, the surgical coordinator who was extremely helpful with information about insurance the entire process all the way through to healing then I have the pleasure of meeting doctor Arash Rahi, who told me that this was a very common female issue. Well, let's face it..the experience of a quadruple bypass is not great fun but I was always in great hands all the way through it. Not only was I happy with Dr. Bufkin but the whole staff team was always helpful and engaging. Thanks to all of you.
Staff was very nice and easy to work with for my entire experience. PA's and assisting doctors were excellent. Dr Bufkin made me feel very comfortable, explaining the entire procedure and options prior to my mitral valve surgery. I am extremely satisfied with my surgery. Dr. Bufkin is the best!
While I did trust his assessment (when I saw him), he was a bit pompous (no problem) and abrupt (still no problem), yet there were too many office appointment cancellations to feel confident of consistent care as a new cardiac patient. Eventually I had to leave him, was assigned to someone in the same office and yep, appointment cancellations with the other cardiologist in the same office. Where do I turn? It is unsettling being on cardiac meds and not knowing whom to turn to.
Ghate couldn’t see me for breast lump and possible shingles infection for 3 months. Instead, she said she could schedule a virtual call in 2 weeks. Went to ER where they thought I have weeping cellulitis infection and need diagnostic mammogram quickly for lump but only after weeping clears. Prescribed antibiotics and told to have Ghate do culture within 3 days. She still wanted to keep original appointments. How are you going to feel a breast lump and do a culture over the Internet?
