Sequoya Commons is in a perfect location for someone looking to be close to coffee shops, a library, food, and more. The units are big and bright, along with offering nice amenities.
I do not recommend living here. Too expensive and not many amenities. Looking around at other apartments near this location and they offer pools, fire pits, etc for cheaper than the rent at Seqouya. I had an extremely scary situation happen in my apartment with the window falling off it’s hidges and shattering all over the floor and my belongings. Not only did Seqouya not reimburse me for my ruined belongings but they gave me 74 dollars back out of my 500 dollar security deposit!! I did have an re-rental fee but I found the ... read more
This modern apartment building is extremely well maintained and very well kept. It was built in 2011, so it's very new. The walls are super thick (I never hear my neighbors), the landlords keep the building clean, and it has all the trappings of a nice new building (in unit dryer/washer, heated underground garage with bike parking, large elevators, a gym downstairs, etc.).
