My cat, Bob, had an ugly absess on his side that just would not open up on its' own, so I called up Sequoia hoping to get him in to see a vet the same day (after trying two other vets) and got an appointment for 2 hours later! The nice veterinarian, Juli Murphy, saw him right away, gently whisked him into the back room for treatment and a shot of antibiotic, returned him to us immediately with instructions for caring for Bob's wound, and we went to the desk to pay.
