Sequoia took over the complex where I live from FPI Management and rehired an employee who has harassed me since 2021. They have inconsistently documented my complaints about his behavior in my own file, resulting in me having to relive the experience with every new manager. I have asked Kristen Lozano at least 3 times to connect me with her supervisor and she has dismissed me everytime to cover up her own illegal actions pressuring me to sign a new lease. Oh, also, they increased my rent the day I complained last time.
The atmosphere is top tier clean, welcoming, and peaceful. The staff and management are caring, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference in the living experience. The community is clean, sparkling, thoughtfully managed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their residents. It really is a beautiful place to call home.

Sequoia Property Management is the worst and most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with. I moved into a unit that was advertised as “fully renovated” and luxury, and it has been a nightmare since day one. The unit has had multiple leaks since move-in, including water coming through a light fixture area which is a serious electrical and fire hazard.
