Sequoia Property Management is the worst and most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with. I moved into a unit that was advertised as “fully renovated” and luxury, and it has been a nightmare since day one. The unit has had multiple leaks since move-in, including water coming through a light fixture area which is a serious electrical and fire hazard.
