Anyone who has given a 5 star rating is full if shit!....not only is this VA facility worthless, but ALL OF YOU VA facilities are fucking worthless! Takes me 15 fucking minutes to be able to talk to someone at the "call center?" ....that's unbecoming of the VA and you guys need to be arrested or shut down until you unfuck your shit! I'm Callahan Welsh USMC Veteran and you better fucking fix your shit VA!
I've been involved with the VA Vet Center Sepulveda for a few years now and appreciate the attention to detail I receive. From attending Anger Management and PTSD classes to conducting a Vet 2 Vet class as a facilitator. Had a root canal done which would've run over $1200 elsewhere with my benefits- zero dollars. Top notch people and facility from my perspective.
Horrible!!I I have called the clinic since Monday and I just got a called back Thursday (4 days later). I told them I needed to make an appt. next available January 12 because that is when the doctor gets back, did I know that, NO. They said if I wanted to bee seen, I have to go as a walk-in and wait until a doctor is free to see me. I have a throat infection that needs to bee seen since my tonsil are swollen (you can see them touch each other). I don't go to a private doctor because I can't afford regular insurance or a off... read more
