Well just had my 3 year pump and check. As usual they were terrific. Great job! So nice and friendly! If you don't use them, please give them a try. They're on time too.
Great Service Always
We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Our tank is 4 feet down and he did the job with a smile on his face. He was very informative, pleasant and cordial. I will continue to use them going forward. THANK YOU Gilbert!
They do not do maintenance and repair. At least they refused to give me a price for the repair of my system.
