Very negative experience dealing with this company. I purchased 2 QuantaSep units of equipment from Bio tech company went out of business. Need to update software. Call Sepragen.. No one picks up the phone. Called 5 times. Same .. left VM. Some woman called me, without intro and start to ask where i got it and etc. After that told me she will look into this and never called me back. Called again - no reponse. Beware...

I have been using Sepragens purification technologies for past 15 years. The Radial flow columns are the easiest to use with no back pressures, we have all the size columns from 25 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml and 500 ml and use them regularly for all projects. We also have the Quantasep 100 and 1000. We also tested their disposable flow path system to generate low endotoxin protein and it worked perfectly for our needs.
