Dr. Tafreshian is very thorough with her checkups but her staff on MyChart is very poor at explaining lab orders and their expiration dates. My husband needed a lab done in order to get his meds renewed, however, he was never told his lab order in his chart was expired. Now we are waiting for an extension on his lab order. Very frustrating and their staff’s customer service was horrible when we needed help.
Very patient and always listen to our concerns and address them professionally.
I do not recommend it at all! She was 40 minutes late for my appointment and diagnosed me with a list of serious illnesses when I was actually 7 weeks pregnant. She never sent me a pregnancy test or responded to follow-up. The worst experience!
Horrible experience. She didn’t do anything just went over my previous medical history the whole appointment. Didnt address the issue that i was in for. Doesn’t seem knowledgeable at all.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Tafreshian yesterday. I was highly satisfied with my visit. She is thro, patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. I will see her again.
