I never feel welcomed coming here
I used to shop here very frequently. Girls used to help me find the best products that suit my skin and etc. but in the past few months, i have noticed they treat white people better. The same lady who was rude to me was smiling and greeting cheerfully just a few secs later to a ‘well-dressed’ white lady! The customer service was disappointing. The staff were quite rude, pretending to be polite but displaying a lot of attitude.
Should be zero stars. Absolutely no customer service at all. Walked the full length of the store TWICE. But not ONE staff member acknowledged, greeted or offered any service. There were many staff members not serving other customers. All your staff should go to Mecca and see what real customer service is.
I had such an amazing experience with Lana! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She gave me the best product recommendations that actually suited my skin type and tone — you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Her makeup advice and product knowledge were next level, and she made the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Lana, for going above and beyond — you’re an absolute gem!
