visited Sephora to purchase an item that was only available in-store, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. Some staff members come across as judgmental and unwelcoming, even going as far as questioning your account or payment method in a way that feels inappropriate. Customers know their own bank accounts and cards, and such interactions are completely unacceptable. Every time I visit this Sephora, it’s an experience and unfortunately, never a pleasant one. After several uncomfortable experiences at this store, I feel compelled to share mine. Customers, especially people of colour, be warned. The first time I visited this particular Sephora, I was approached by a sales representative who asked if I needed assistance. Ive been desperate to try the Kay Ali fragrance boujee kitty caramel milk and this is the only retailer listed in Adelaide, they have a rigged line security system which is fine however the bottle was completely empty, no liquid at all inside. There was a tiny pathetic spritz left maybe in the stem of the applicator but absolutely no way to get enough to gauge the fragrance at all.
