Definitely not interested in the older generation coming in. If the customer service was better I would have bought something. I am 65 don't look my age but clearly too old to give me the time of day. Most women at 65 are mortgage free, financially better off. We have money to spend and appreciate good customer service. Not a warm friendly experience at all. I only gave a star because that's the only way this will open to write a review
The staffs were really helpful! They took so much time to help me out finding my perfect shade even if I took a million hours lol.
I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to a beautiful staff member who helped me pick the perfect Haus Labs concealer shade and the right tools to go with it. She was so lovely the entire time, really listened, and answered all of my questions with patience and care !
I went instore for some assistance because I was unable to use a promo code online, while the store was unable to honour this, the customer service truly was outstanding, a special shoutout to Alisha who is the inventory manager for doing what she could to help, in the end could not provide me with the promo code however she did put together some products for me to say sorry for the inconvenience and to be honest that to me is above and beyond so thank you so much
