i went in looking for a sample to test a foundation i want to purchase online and the worker said i can get a sample only if i purchase something due to them being low on samples. this was my second time coming in as the first time which was two weeks prior they didn’t have any sample pots. so i found something cheap to purchase and could not find the worker so i spoke with someone else and they said i had to purchase the foundation to get a sample of it which is $64. when i said i was told otherwise i was told by the store ... read more
Was „helped” by an older women who did not learn costumer service in all her years, literally the rudest Sephora employee which is saying a LOT
I used to shop here very frequently. Girls used to help me find the best products that suit my skin and etc. but in the past few months, i have noticed they treat white people better. The same lady who was rude to me was smiling and greeting cheerfully just a few secs later to a white lady! One day, i asked about a lip liner. “The manager” Just rolled their eyes, showed it to me and walked off with their mouth chewing the gum in an obnoxious way Mecca staff are so nice! It’s not that hard being nice!
