I had a wonderful experience at Sephora. The staff member Tahlia who helped me was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to what I needed and helped me choose the right products and shades. Her customer service was amazing, and she made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. I usually like Sephora, but today we made a special trip to pick up my "birthday gift". We were told that they had run out of my level of gifts. It's disappointing when they encourage you to shop in store, but then don't make any concession when they don't have the gift they promote. They could have given me anything and I would have been happy.
As someone who has had this as their home sephora for two years, I genuinely have to show my appreciation to the teeny weeny short girl with black hair and always has the most beautiful lip gloss - I don't know her name, but she has always been able to quickly locate things and help me find something that doesn’t exist, she is so sweet!!!!

Visited Sephora mt gravat ,the staff were so unprofessional,,I told one of the staff that I want to start make up but didn’t pay attention to my choices,sadly I have to figure it my self maybe it’s because of my skin color idk but I will never visit Sephora at my Gravatt again highly disappointed
