staff here are so incredibly rude, not everyone! but yes some of them. I went in to try some products, one of their centre kiosk sections was busy so I went to the other. A staff and the customer that she was helping had spread out across it, there was bags, jacket, brushes etc across two mirrors and they were standing at a third. Brittany was sarcastic and degrading when speaking to me. All I was looking for was some assistance and she kept giving me pet names while palming me off to someone else and only showing Sephora brand products I’m not your bestie or lovely and giving pet names to someone twice your age is incredibly insulting. I’ll take my business and money elsewhere where I’m treated with dignity and respect. Hot tip us middle aged women want to shop makeup without feeling judge or degrade. Very much a pretty woman moment.
