Had a horrific experience with Brittany. She was incredible rude and passive aggressive with how she spoke to me, she was far more interested in talking to other staff and it’s people like that who make you not want to come into makeup stores. She was supporting a customer experience leader badge maybe some customer experience training would be needed to support that. Drove here from the Indooroopilly Sephora as they told me that Mt Gravatt is the only one that stocks Armani. Surprise surprise? No testers available to shade match. Won’t open one of the floor stock because then they can’t sell it. I don’t fault the staff. I fault head office and their policies. You won’t allow returns or refunds if someone purchases, but you won’t ensure there’s adequate stock of testers. This is why no one like Sephora in Australia, and why Mecca dominates the market the way it does.

Came here for bronzing body drops, and had Christine K, help me find some brands and products. She was super helpful and also gave me a few samples to try! Will definitely be coming back to purchase a few.
