Wow what an incredible store and staff! My friend lost her money and we were freaking out looking everywhere and on our way home, we get a call from the store saying they found our lost money! This type of genuine honesty and discretion is unlike any other store experience I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful that Alexia found the lost money, reported it and went to the significant effort to return it to my friend. No one wanted to help me so I went up to an employee and asked her if they had a specific mascara… the Dominican woman rolled her eyes, just said “no” and walked away from me mid sentence when I was going to ask if they had an alternative. So tired of poor customer service in general

I came in as a walk-in looking for a full face makeup service at around 4pm in a slow Wednesday afternoon. I wasn’t greeted by the staff, and when I asked if I could be helped (being that they close at 8pm today) a lady apparently had her shift end in 30 mins and therefor no can do. I’m disgusted at the way my business was handled.
