This place was wonderful. One of the workers, Emberly, was very helpful and definitely deserves a raise. She was patient, understanding, and very nice. The products were very very good. I would definitely come here again because it had such a wonderful atmosphere.

Emily was very helpful with getting all items on our back to school list. The cashier at checkout made the in store and ship to home purchase fast and easy.

I had a very disappointing experience while trying to return an item. I had purchased the same item twice, but at two different prices. When I attempted to return one of them, the representative was unprofessional and refused to process the return based on the original receipt, instead insisting on using a different receipt that showed a lower price. If ageism or any sort of behavior that lacks an inclusive spirit bothers you shop at this location only on days Mallary (sic) is not on shift. I cannot say enough nice things about other store employees who saved my event make up when I showed up to my appt to be told by Mallary it was cancelled and “there is nothing I can do ma’am”. I had not been apprised of a cancellation which would have allowed me to make other plans ahead of a formal event. Mallary was snotty, pedantic, and rude from jump.
