The experience was smooth and easy! I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed in stock. They were friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the store with a big ole smile on my face within 7 mins!
I love what they sell there! But there is this one lady who works there all the time talking me what to do and why I can’t use samples because someone spilled it on we 1 week ago🙄. She was being very pushy even though I had everything I needed. And I told her that l. But other wise everything else is five stars!

I had the sweetest and very knowledgeable beauty consultant that went up and beyond to help me. I asked her if they worked on commission because she sold me on more than $300 worth of makeup but she simply smiled and said no they don’t but it’s OK because she absolutely loves what she is doing. I had one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences at Sephora recently. I walked in and immediately felt like I was being watched more closely than other customers. Staff members followed me around the store, yet didn’t offer any help — just suspicious looks and cold behavior. Meanwhile, other shoppers were being greeted and assisted with smiles.
