In my opinion, It’s ridiculous that this store will not return or even give a merchandise credit for a $35 lipstick that is in the box and has the receipt. Complete wrong color sold to me by an “advisor.“ As I see it, if someone pays $35 for a lipstick, they expect excellent customer service.

I booked a brow wax and makeup lesson with Hannah and she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and even though I have no idea how to do makeup, she never made me feel dumb she was encouraging and recommended a handful of products for me to use. I was able to do my own makeup for my sunrise wedding and it was such a confidence boost. I would recommend Hannah for lessons!! 10/10! She’s the best!
I usually have a decent experience at this location. For some reason, this time, Leslie (wide body, red hair) was pleasantly helping a guest as I entered, while shopping I turned around and smiled and greeted her as I was about to ask her for help, her smile dropped and she ignored me. So extremely uncomfortable and uncalled for. Are you all not tired of this pathetic trope? It’s extremely SAD. I was eventually helped by the only black associate in the store, per usual.
