Just walked out of this location from picking up an order. I stood at the pick up counter and no one walked up or asked if I needed help. One employee looked at me and immediately pretended to be doing something. I walked up to another employee told her I was just picking up and she said that’s up at the front and someone will be there to help me, I told her I was already waiting there and she said she’ll send someone up. Tried to exchange a Sephora brand eye pencil that was broken and defective. Was told I could not because I didn’t have an “account “ with them. With all my options to buy quality make up , I don’t need such a rigid return / exchange policy for defective product. I will choose a consumer friendly brand and store
