When I went with my friend of a darker skin tone they repeated asked them if they needed any help and if they needed a basket, like over 15 times and kept following them while with me they just ask like 2 times then left me alone to shop in peace. Manager lady was rude tried figuring out a gift card issue really didn’t bother to help she was mad when I asked her to slide it and check the balance told me it didn’t work and it was basically trash now I called customer service and they told me 50 $ was on it I went back in to try to use it she told me that it didn’t work she gave me nasty face when she saw me again really bothered me that she didn’t even seem sincere about my situations after I was on the phone with customer service for 20 min

This Sephora in Thousand Oaks may be small, but it is definitely mighty!
