The store stole $100 from me. Don’t shop here. I gave my $100 gift card to the cashier, and she scratched off the card number/pin on the back so hard that it erased part of the number and rendered the card invalid. She refused to reissue the card or process the transaction. Told us, too bad. Started blaming the grocery store that sold the card, me, and everyone else but herself and Sephora. She also claimed that Sephora isn’t responsible for honoring its own gift cards. Pathetic human
