HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND RACIST. This is the worst Sephora I have been. 3 girls where by the door and none of them said hi even thow they saw me, later on none came to ask if I needed help even thow it was not bussy groups of 2 or 3 where chatting. Last it took 15min for a girl to get me a sample when I looked over she was talking to a co-worker and said make sure she is not stealing... RecommendedEven though it was black Friday, I was in and out quickly. They had all 4 registers open and the line moved fast.
Horrible customer service!! I went to pick up something and the girl at the counter finished up with someone else and walked away like I wasn't even there and proceeded to walk around the store doing absolutely nothing. Then after 5 minutes came back and decided to help me the whole time acting like I was bothering her. I have never shopped here before and definitely will not return ever.
this sephora at rosedale was crap. I go in there bare faced and not one single person said anything to me...no Hi, no can I help you? was I too ugly???
