Please do yourself a favor and do not use the freestanding Sephora store in Westfield Bay Shore NY. Brought my stepdaughter in for a makeover Jan 4th and left with an incredibly disappointed kid and a makeup job that looked like it was done by a toddler. The girl was very sweet, but the lack of training was very clear. We asked her to fix it and this was the final look. RecommendedEven though it was black Friday, I was in and out quickly. They had all 4 registers open and the line moved fast.
Horrendous service. Appalling to be treated in such a manner by the manager in particular and the rest of the team follow her bad example. These employees give Sephora a terrible image. I have been a customer of Sephora for many years and have made purchases in several countries this location (Santa Monica) is the worst by far when it comes to service.

Horrible customer service!! I went to pick up something and the girl at the counter finished up with someone else and walked away like I wasn't even there and proceeded to walk around the store doing absolutely nothing. Then after 5 minutes came back and decided to help me the whole time acting like I was bothering her. I have never shopped here before and definitely will not return ever.
