I went in not knowing what to expect as I wasn’t dressed up and haven’t used makeup in a few years. I was blown away. I was helped by two people. Sebastian really took his time with me and made me feel so comfortable! They recommended the perfect foundation and shades for my face! I can’t wait to go back and try some new lip shades!! Sebastian is so kind and a brow master!!! 💛💜❤️

Nancy was incredible. She made sure I had a basket and when I asked for a recommendation for a cream contour stick, she made sure we found one for my skin tone. No one was overly intrusive while I browsed and was available to help me when I asked.
I asked for assistance from two clerks. One said she would send someone over and did not. Another said she would get a make up artist to help me and came back with a brush and said, “here play with these.” My response was no thank you, I’m leaving. Yes they are busy, but they can work on their customer service skills.
So disappointed! I was approached by two different saleswomen. After detailing what I needed, they pointed the display case to me, even after informing them I was looking for more than one item. A half hour later, I’m leaving because even after telling a THIRD person, I was told they could only offer to help me after 35 minutes. Poor customer service.
