Victoria did a makeover for me and I was very pleased. Nothing outlandish, just fresh and natural looking - but better! She didn't try to sell me $100s of makeup and gave me a few samples besides. I am enjoying the new foundation and will gradually add some other products.

Love the product selection. But many of the salespeople are too pushy. I don't like being asked 15 times if I want a basket or need help. The best ones just smile and let me browse.
Was in there about 10 minutes trying to find something. Several employees were more interested in hearing another employees story than seeing if I needed any help. Needless to say I left without buying anything!! Guess I will just try a store who is willing to provide assistance!!
