Is this place for real? I booked a service online for the 31st of December, they took a booking fee, send me a confirmation email confirming that the procedure will be done at 9:30 am on 31st December.I showed up to find the place is closed????? Tried calling and obviously no one answered. How pathetic is the management/ owner/ nurse practitioner that does not give a crap about their patients?
I purchased a package of three PICO sure sessions in advance, but the overall experience was very disappointing. After my first session, I was shocked when a staff ran out and loudly said, “You haven’t paid yet.” It felt very unprofessional. Be careful ladies, they only treat customers who spent more money here!
