this is such a cute little resort and the staff was very helpful. my wife and i loved our room that was just steps from the Vineyard.
Just experienced the worst customer service trying to book this hotel! I strongly suggest not staying at this hotel because if they can't give you stellar customer service booking their property I can't imagine how poor it is when you arrive.
Everything was perfect. Breakfast, wine, staff, room, location. Exceeded expectations. March 2016.
Marginal at best. Paid almost $600/night for my king vineyard "suite" which amounted to nothing more than a standard size room with a pretty fireplace and cold concrete floors. Nice tub but no bubble bath, bath salts or anything provided or even available when requested at front desk. So much for a relaxing soak. The so called "wine hour" was a tasting that poured barely a half ounce of wine and then tried to sell you bottles if u asked for more. Not exactly a perk to be touted like Kimpton Hotels provides. We went on a mother-daughter trip over Christmas Eve and Christmas and had an amazing time. The Vineyard View room is spectacular: the view is phenomenal, the beds are comfy, the fireplace keeps the room nice and toast and makes it feel like home! Couldn't thank the staff enough for making my birthday and Thanksgiving holiday the most memorable I've had! I highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want to feel like you're in your own space! The breakfast and wine tastings everyday are an added bonus! The location is perfect. We took ubers to the wineries and it was centrally located to everything. When we come back to Napa, we will only stay here!! Thanks again Senza staff! You rock!
