I can't say enough about the service I get from Sentry West, they are so professional. I'm always treated so well when I bring my car in. Eric is the best, and always very helpful. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I had an unusual problem, my MKZ sat unused in the garage for most of the winter and the chipmunks decided that the vehicle would make a lovely home. The did a serious amount of damage and left the dash area a total mess and the service department came ti my rescue. Not what I expected, but a job well done.

I absolutely love my MKZ ... Everyday I cant wait to drive to work and then back home. I live in CT and ended up buying my MKZ from Sentry West.
Outstanding!!! Staff accommodated me late Friday afternoon with an unscheduled, emergency service. They gave me a brand new Lincoln as a loner for the weekend and phoned me at noon on Monday that the repairs were completed!!! I couldn't ask for better care.
Everyone at Sentry West is excellent; Sales, Service, everyone. My family and I have bought/leased 9+ cars from these good folks over the years. Thanks especially for fitting me in for a service "emergency" last week-
