I had an electrical problem with my Lincoln Navigator and dropped it off at the last minute with out an appointment and Jim was very helpful in assisting me with the problem he was very professional and at the same time a down to earth person he kept me informed every step of the way with the status of my vehicle It was repaired when he said it was although it was a costly repair I feel confident that the repair was done honestly with out the add on stuff that a lot of other places sneak in I’m very pleased with the service ... read more
Have been taking my Lincoln Town Car to Sentry for a number of years and am very pleased with the continued professional great service. This past time I had the car in for a repair to the locking system on one of the doors, winter/summer tire change over and oil change. As usual, everything done efficiently and well. Was provided a loaner that was most appreciated. I have 150K miles on the car now and plan to keep it going for at least 150K more and know Sentry can keep me smiling and the car running smoothly. A very positive experience at Sentry. I was even offered a loaner car and a free car wash. Timely repair was completed while I waited in their comfortable customer lounge. Free coffee and cookies. Everything good.
